Telephonic Solicitations prohibited in Louisiana

In preparation for Tropical Storm Bonnie, the Louisiana Homeland Security has issued a state of emergency prohibiting any telephonic solicitor from engaging in any form of telephonic solicitation in the state of Louisiana.
Area codes impacted:
225, 318, 337, 504, 985
SCF’s impacted:
700, 701, 703-708, 710-714
The state of emergency extends from July 22, 2010 through August 21, 2010, unless terminated sooner.
Upon release of the Commission by the Office of Homeland Security, a revised notice will be sent out.
The ban in Louisiana has been lifted!
